Thank you for choosing Built-In Distributors (BID) to fulfill your home appliance needs.We value your business and want to make sure you know what to expect from us for the order you have placed with us.

PRICING POLICY - Quoted Prices are subject to change without notice and DO NOT Include Installation costs for gas or water hookup. Order will need to be paid in full upon ordering any appliances if the order is less than $20,000.00. Any Purchase Order of $20,001.00 or More will require a 50% Deposit with the remaining balance DUE once Order is Received in full and Delivery Scheduled. A BID representative will notify you as soon as the order has been received and ready for delivery or pick up.

PROJECT TIMELINE - Customer is requested to provide the most accurate timeline on when they will need their appliances. If the project timeline changes after the order is placed, the customer will need to inform their salesperson as soon as possible. This communication is essential to ensure the order does not arrive too early which may incur storage fee charges.

ORDER CANCELATION POLICY - ALL Returns and or Cancelations are subject to a 35% RESTOCKING FEE, except on custom items that cannot be changed, canceled, or returned to the manufacturer.

RETURN POLICY - A Full Refund will be provided to the customer for any appliances received and unopened to the BID Warehouse in its original packing within 48 hours of delivery.

CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY* - Any functional problems and or damage parts that will require manufacturers assistance to trouble shoot, repair, and or replace will be scheduled by your BID representative at *no charge within the first year of purchase.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY - BID IS NOT LIABLE for delays due to manufacturer availability or causes out of our control.

Shipping Policy / Delivery Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Shipping & Handling Costs

Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.

Please Note: Out-of-state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In-state orders will be charged a sales tax based on your location.
