Cooking Surface has 5 sealed burners with a total output of 68,000 BTU including 1 sealed dual-ring burner for simmering, melting chocolate, or cooking sauces. The continuous cast iron grates allow maximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel cooking surface cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean.

The 4.32 cu. ft. gas oven with a total output of 30,000 BTU is encased in a black enamel interior fitted with an internal optional convection fan ensures to achieve fast, precision and consistent oven cooking. Along for easy viewing is a 3-layer glass oven door window. Included are 2 electroplated oven racks and LP conversion kit.
